Not only did it talk about a good system, it gave exact examples and wording that made it so much easier for those of us who have trouble putting the final product together. Reading this I felt like I was in 2nd grade, but I didn't mind because I could read it all in one night, and it had a great, do-able system that I could implement immediately.
